On March 24, Sungwon Lee, Research Fellow, delivered a presentation titled "The Expansion of Hybrid Attacks in the Late Phase of the Russia–Ukraine War: Risks and Implications of Response Gaps and the Illusion of Controllability.”

The debate was moderated by Kitae Lee, Director of Center for Diplomatic Strategy at Sejong Institute, and featured discussions by Myong-Hyun Go, Senior Research Fellow at Institute for National Security Strategy (INSS), and Joonkoo Yoo, Senior Research Fellow at Sejong Institute.
