On March 27, the Sejong Institute held the sixth colloquium for this year on the topic of "The 19th CPC National Congress and China's Changing Military and Security Strategy." In the colloquium, Dr. Chung Jae Hung analyzed China's shift in military and security strategy since the inauguration of the Xi Jinping leadership and the trend in such strategies in relation with the 19th CPC National Congress and concluded with security implications for South Korea.
