세종연구소는 2023년 12월 12일 (화), 스웨덴 스톡홀름 소재의 안보개발정책연구소(ISDP, Institue for Security and Development Policy)와 ​"A Post-Liberal Indo-Pacific? Perspectives on the future of the International Order"을 주제로 웨비나를 개최하였다.

해당 웨비나는 Niklas Swanström(Director of ISDP)의 사회와 함께 Gunnar Hökmark(Chairperson, Stockholm Free World Forum), 이성원(세종연구소 연구위원), Barbara Kratiuk(Assistant Professor, University of Warsaw)의 발표로 진행되었으며, 세종연구소 이상현 소장과 이면우 부소장 또한 회의에 참여하였다.
