세종연구소는 2023년 9월 19일 (화), 스웨덴 스톡홀름 소재의 안보개발정책연구소(ISDP, Institue for Security and Development Policy)와 ​"The role of NATO in the Indo-Pacific and its cooperation with the AP4"를 주제로 웨비나를 개최하였다. ISDP 측에서는​ Niklas Swanström 소장, Lisa Zhang, Fatoumata Diallo, Frida Lampinen 연구위원이 참석하였고, 세종연구소 측에서는 이상현 소장, 이면우 부소장, 이성원 연구위원, 김영준 국방대학교 교수가 참석하였다.
