On February 25, Research Fellow Peter Ward gave a presentation titled “Accountability for North Korean Human Rights Abuses.”

The policy debate was moderated by Seong Chang Cheong, Director of the Center for Korean Peninsula Strategy, and featured discussions by Kyu-Chang Lee, Senior Research Fellow at the Korea Institute for National Unification (KINU), and JoonKoo Yoo, Senior Research Fellow at Sejong Institute.
