On July 15, Jungsup Kim, Principal Research Fellow at the Center for Security Strategy, gave a presentation titled “Three Key Issues and Challenges in the ROK-U.S. Alliance: Defense Cost Sharing, Adjustment of U.S. Forces in Korea, and OPCON Transition.”

The debate was moderated by Joonkoo Yoo, Director of the Center for Security Strategy, and featured discussions by Soohyun Lee, Advisor at the Institute for National Security Strategy (INSS), and Bee Yun Jo, Research Fellow at the Center for Security Strategy.
