On August 12, Andrei Lankov, Visiting Research Fellow, delivered a presentation titled “Status and Analysis of North Korean Workers Dispatched to Russia.”

The debate was moderated by Beomchul Shin, Director of the Center for Korean Peninsula Strategy, and featured discussions by Sung-Yoon Lee, Senior Research Fellow, and Eun-ju Choi, Research Fellow, both at the Center for Korean Peninsula Strategy.
