On September 23, Sung-Yoon Lee, Principal Research Fellow, delivered a presentation titled "Prospects for North Korea–China–Russia Relations after China’s Victory Day​".

The debate was moderated by Beomchul Shin, Director of the Center for Korean Peninsula Strategy, and featured discussions by Won Gon Park, Professor at Ewha Womans University, and Seong Chang Cheong, Vice President of Sejong Institute.
