세종연구소는 2월 24일(월) 오후, 우크라이나 New Europe Center와 “러시아-우크라이나 전쟁과 북한 파병이 한국과 우크라이나에 미치는 영향 및 협력 방안”을 주제로 간담회를 개최했다. 우크라이나 전쟁의 군사적, 외교적 현 상황과 협력 방안 등을 논의하였다.
