The Russo-Ukrainian War, a proxy war holds a layered cause and process. The international society is also fragmented by the debates between those who support Ukraine for justice and those who support peace talks and diplomacy to end a war.

The position of ending the war among European countries has decreased, while Ukraine faces the brink of national survival and it is impossible for Russia to withdraw from its stage of total war.

Although it is difficult to find a justification and motives to end the war in crucial reality, it is clear the war will end at the negotiation table in some way. If the clue to solving an issue is difficult to find inside, should be found outside.

The international community should refrain from disagreement but persuade the two sides to engage in negotiations.
