  • Understand overall state affairs including unification, diplomacy, and security and strengthen ICT convergence capabilities
  • Develop national crisis management plan in the ‘new security era’ such as public conflict management and counter-terrorism

Goals and Objectives

  • Broaden the understanding of students on trilateral cooperation between Korea, Japan and China
  • Hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and organized by the Sejong Institute

Topic

Any topic related to Korea-Japan-China trilateral cooperation

With an aim to focus on the trilateral cooperation development, applicants are encouraged to include policy recommendations on trilateral cooperation even if the thesis discusses the situation of North East Asia.

How to Write and Apply

  • Language: Korean, English
  • Length: Within 100 pages of 200-character manuscript paper (15 sheets of A4 paper)

Goals and Objectives

  • Establish a platform for information exchange and cooperation between the ASEAN economic bloc and Korean financial and industrial institutions
  • Construct harmonious collaboration system with local supervisory authorities, including central banks and mid-level managers of financial institutions in ASEAN countries
  • Spread the will to implement the value of ‘People’ among the 3P principles of Korea’s New Southern Policy to ASEAN and build systemic and sustainable network
  • Support ASEAN countries to contribute to their economic development by promoting capacity building in the financial sector
