Despite its geographical distance, Latin America has shared its interests and concerns with Korea in the democratization process of modern history.

Starting with Mexico(2018) and Argentina(2019), Peru and Chile in 2021, and Colombia and Brazil in 2022, the "New Pink Tide" is underway. Colombia, whose task is to resolve the left-right conflict over history, Chile, which attempts to overcome ideological conflict through a constitutional amendment, Peru, which continues to be unstable due to corruption of left-wing leaders, and Brazil, which has led to regime change from the incompetent right-wing government.

The political implications from Latin America are not about the political dispute, but a way to create a social integration policy leading to an advanced country of "open welfare democracy" where various "methods of life" can coexist.
