Korea-Japan relations are at its worst. It is said to be the era of mutual visits between the two countries of more than 10 million people per year and the boom of the 3rd Korean Wave, but these are not enough to reverse relations. On the other hand, it has been confirmed that successful civilian exchanges can be steadily expanded by developing voluntary and shareable values. This will contribute to the restoration of relations between the two countries. It is important to pursue the 3rd goal, meaning that seeking a new value together and solidifying on its importance. To this end, it is urgent to establish a "Korea-Japan Future Value Committee" and to launch a "Korea-Japan Fact-check Campaign" to eliminate mutual mistrust. Operating a 'Korea-Japan Social Studies Teacher Exchange Program' for expanding the degree of comprehension of each other should also be considered.
