English Abstract

2022 will be the year of political change in Germany and France, the core countries of Europe, where new governments will be established or presidential elections will be held. With the U.S. and China increasingly at odds, Europe and Korea need to work together to create a rule-based international order to avoid conflicts. In this process, France and Germany, including the European Union, are the most important partners in world politics, as Korea is also in a time of regime change.
