In international relations, short terms often exert greater power than lengthy explanations, which the "Washington Declaration" can be the result of this visit to the U.S. However, in order to increase the credibility of the Washington Declaration, it is necessary to increase the understanding of the traditional differences between the Democrats and Republican parties over U.S. security. On the other hand, it is also important to explain the result of North Korea's denuclearization efforts in the future as extended deterrence is a minimum essential security measure against North Korea. The performance of economic security seems to be insufficient. Though it is already foreseen due to legislative politics, Biden's re-election strategy, and the absence of a concrete strategy.
