English Abstract
The results of the fourth QUAD Summit showed that the QUAD cooperation will become more concrete in the future. The four leaders defined the QUAD as a "force for good," dedicated to providing tangible benefits to the Indo-Pacific region and pledged to strengthen comprehensive security cooperation, covering regional peace, health security, infrastructure investment, climate change, space/cyber capabilities, use of critical emerging technologies and maritime security. South Korea, which said it will pursue its own Indo-Pacific strategic framework with the global pivotal state initiative, should also consider a reasonable and gradual approach to promoting cooperation with the QUAD or participating in the QUAD Plus.
