To respond effectively to cyber security threats occurring in various sectors, a national-level response strategy is required. Major countries such as the U.S. and UK have recently shifted to an aggressive response system to cyber threats, reorganized the legal system to support such responses, strengthened cooperation between countries and private biotech companies, and actively established a response system against psychological warfare. Accordingly, Korea is also required to upgrade its ability to respond against Cyber Information Warfare, including the concepts of cyber attack, defense, and psychological warfare, and establish a conversion system in advance to utilize it in case of an emergency. To this end, securing the latest cyber technology and fostering human resources, cooperation with international and private sectors, establishing a psychological warfare response system, and operating a unified overall ministry collaboration system needs to be promoted.
