English Abstract

The inherent crisis of democracy is that in the event of a crisis, there is no alternative system itself to replace it. Problems of excessive administrative power, political polarization, economic inequality, racial conflict, and weakening of the democratic norms did not suddenly emerge during Trump's presidential term. However, these factors of failure have only erupted at once prompted by the Trump's polarizing politics. In order for President Biden's inauguration message of victory in democracy to maintain its consensus afterwards, all the U.S. citizens must accept that the only way to fix the caveats of democracy are to go beyond the crisis.
