On October 8, 2024 (Tuesday), the Sejong Institute held the 41st Memorial Ceremony for Rangoon Bombing at Seoul National Cemetry.

The Sejong Institute has been in existence for 41 years from its founding on October 9, 1983, to support the bereaved, and to overcome the problems caused by the division of the Korean Peninsula

To mark the 41st anniversary of the institute, the chairman of the Sejong Institute, the president of the Sejong Institute, Senior Research Fellow, researchers, and administrative staff all paid their respects in Seoul National Cemetry.​
