The contents of this book deals with the regime change of Russia. For the last 20 years, 

Russia has been groping for democracy and market economy-oriented new order by abandoning 

the socialism. These efforts are another form of revolution from the top, and this book 

aims to observe the relationships between the Russian government (that promotes these changes) 

and society (that faces these changes). This novel is divided into three main parts: (1) Russian 

politics (Socialist State to Democratic State); (2) Russian economy (Planned Economy to Market 

Economy); and (3) annual report (1994-2004).
