This research is a product of a joint research program between the Sejong Institute and the BESA Center of Israel. It consists two parts. The first part examines the correlation of the North Korean nuclear issue and the international relations, and seeks solutions for the North Korean nuclear issue. The second part analyzes the past successful cases of the denuclearization of rogue states and examines all means used in the denuclearization process. It seeks measures for the denuclearization of North Korea. Hopefully, this book will help readers understand the correlation between the North Korean nuclear issue and the international relations and perhaps become a guide for the solution for the North Korean nuclear issue.
