Since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the Middle East crisis, strategic competition between major powers such as the United States, China, Russia, and Europe is intensifying. This study was designed to explore South Korea’s policy response by comparing and analyzing SCO and NATO countries’ perceptions of the current international situation and their strategic responses amid the increasingly polarizing international order. Analyzing changes in the changing international order, this study examines China's foreign strategy and its influence in promoting a new multipolar international order, the security order competition between NATO and SCO, and major security issues occurring in the Eurasian region from various perspectives. Experts from many countries, including the United States, China, Russia, Iran, Pakistan, Germany, Finland, the EU and Kyrgyzstan, participated in the study, providing diverse perspectives and analysis on security issues in China, NATO and SCO.
