Carbon Neutrality to cope with climate change is a global trend. At the 2021 United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties held in Glasgow, Britain in November 2021, strong carbon neutrality targets for the member states were presented. Korea also has set a carbon neutral goal by 2050 and has significantly raised its mid-term goal of achieving carbon neutrality, raising the National Greenhouse Gas Reduction Goal (NDC) in 2030 from 24.4% in 2017 to 40% in 2018. Then, a brief look at the laws related to NDC in each country around the world, focusing on major countries.
