The Northeast Asia Peace and Cooperation (NAPCI) Forum is going to take place from October 27th to 29th at Grand Hilton, Seoul. The forum is hosted by the Sejong Institute and sponsored by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Korea.
