On September 26th, participants of the 2011 Sejong National Strategy Training Program took part in a special lecture at the RAND Corporation. The special lecture was organized by Robin Meili (RAND, Director of International Programs) and after a introduction of RAND, Dr. Bruce Bennett (Senior Defense Analyst) lectured on 'Response Measures to a Sudden Change in North Korea' and Dr. Markus Schiller (Nuclear Security Fellow) lectured on 'The Threat of North Korea's Ballistic Missiles'.
The Sejong Institute's Vice President Eunsook Chung and 20 trainees took part through Q&A and candid discussion, which allowed for extensive exchange of views.
