Special Colloquium of 2022
On August 18 (Thursday), at the Sejong Institute's special colloquium of 2022, Jagannath P. Panda, Senior Fellow of Europe in the Indo-Pacific Hub of the Hague Centre for Strategic Studies, presented "Minilateralism to Multilateralism in Indo-Pacific: Choices for Korea and India." It was hosted by Choi Yoon Jung, Director of the Department of Diplomatic Strategy Studies. The contents of the presentation and discussion will be published later in Sejong Policy Brief.
Sejong-ORF Indo-Pacific Researchers Roundtable
The Sejong Institute held a Sejong-ORF Indo-Pacific researchers roundtable on Monday, August 22, 2022. Premesha Saha (Fellow, ORF) and Shashank Mattoo (Junior Fellow, ORF) attended the meeting. They discussed under the theme of "India-Korea and the Twilight of the Indo-Pacific Order" with Choi Yoon Jung, Director of the Department of Diplomatic Strategy Studies of the Sejong Institute.​​​
Fifteenth Colloquium of 2022
On August 23 (Tuesday), at the Sejong Institute's fifteenth colloquium of 2022, Choi Yoon Jung, Director of the Department of Diplomatic Strategy Studies, presented "Changes in India's perception and strategy of the Indo-Pacific region." It was hosted by Kim Jungsup, Vice President of the Sejong Institute. The contents of the presentation and discussion will be published later in Sejong Policy Brief.​​​
Fifth Cybersecurity Forum
The Sejong Institute's Cybersecurity Center held the 5th Cybersecurity Forum at Somerset Palace (Seoul) on August 23rd (Tuesday) under the theme of "the task of gathering digital information in cyber security and cyber investigation." The forum sought to review the current situation and problems of digital information gathering, and propose a digital information gathering plan that can effectively cope with cyber security and cybercrime in accordance with the digital environment…​​​
Seventh Policy Forum of 2022
The Sejong Institute held the 7th Sejong Policy Forum in 2022 under the theme of "U.S. politics and diplomacy after the 2022 U.S. midterm elections" at the Somerset Palace Hotel Seoul Seminar Room on Friday, August 26, 2022. The forum began with the opening speech of Lee Sang Hyun, President of the Sejong Institute. The Sejong Institute held the Korea-India Strategic Forum in collaboration with the India Foundation and the Indian Embassy at the Somerset Palace Hotel Seoul Seminar Room on Friday, August 26, 2022.
