On November 18, Jae Hung Chung, Senior Research Fellow, delivered a presentation titled "A Study of the CCP’s 20th Central Committee 4th Plenary Session: Focusing on the 15th Five-Year Plan and China Standards 2035​."

The debate was moderated by Kitae Lee, Director of Center for Diplomatic Strategy at Sejong Institute, and featured discussions by Gyu Beom Kim, Senior Research Fellow at Seoul National University GSIS, and Byung-chul Lee, Visiting Research Fellow at Sejong Institute. ​
