On January 27, Seong Whun Chun, Visiting Research Fellow, delivered a presentation titled "Challenges and Policy Alternatives for the Deployment of U.S. Strategic Assets in the Nuclear Era on the Korean Peninsula."

The debate was moderated by Joonkoo Yoo, Director of Center for SecurityStrategy at Sejong Institute, and featured discussions by Myeong Guk Cheon, Defense Senior Resarch Fellow at the Center for National Defense Technology Strategy, and Hyeong-Pil Ham, Director of the Center for Security and Strategy at the Korea Institute for Defense Analyses (KIDA).​​
