On November 30 (Mon.), 2020, the Sejong Institute held the twenty-first colloquium of this year. Dr. HONG Hyun-ik, senior research fellow, presented his paper on the topic of "Measures of Cooperation for North Korean Policy and Strategy with the Biden Administration.” And Dr. CHUNG Eunsook, director of the Department of Security Strategy Studies, moderated the event.
