On January 19 (Tuesday), 2021, the Sejong Institute held the first colloquium of this year. Yang Un-Chul, director of the Department of Unification Strategy Studies, presented his paper on the topic of "WPK's 8th Party Congress of North Korea: Analysis on the Economic Sector," LEE Ki-dong, Senior Research Fellow at the Institute for National Security Strategy, presented on the topic of "WPK's 8th Party Congress and the Change of Power Structure" and Hong Sukhoon, Research Fellow at the Korea Institute for National Unification, presented on the topic of "WPK's 8th Party Congress and the Analysis of Foreign Strategy." Lee Myon Woo, vice president of the institute, moderated the event.
