On February 23 (Tuesday), 2021, the Sejong Institute held the fourth colloquium of this year. Choi Eun-ju, Research Fellow​, presented her paper on the topic of "North Korea's Circular Economy Policy and the direction of Inter-Korean exchange and cooperation."
