On March 5, Seong Chang Cheong, Vice President, delivered a presentation titled "Assessment of the 9th Workers’ Party of Korea Congress and Prospects for North Korea’s Domestic and Foreign Policies.”

The debate was moderated by Beomchul Shin, Director of Center for Korean Peninsula Strategy at Sejong Institute, and featured discussions by Sang-bum Kim, Professor at the Institute for Far Eastern Studies at Kyungnam University, and Peter Ward, Research Fellow at Sejong Institute.
