On January 3 2020, the Sejong Institute held the first colloquium of this year. Dr. Cheong Seong-chang, Senior Research Fellow, and Dr. Choi Eunjoo, Research Fellow, presented their paper on the topic of “Assessment of the 5th Plenary Meeting of the 7th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea” And Dr. Lee, Senior Research Fellow, moderated the event.
