On Tuesday, September 11, the Sejong Institute held the 15th policy colloquium of the year on the topic of “Politico-Economic Implications of Vietnam’s Opening and Reform Experience for North Korea.” Director Yang Un-chul of the institute’s Center for North Korean Studies gave a presentation on the topic. The outcome of this colloquium was published as ‘Sejong Policy Brief 2018-20.’
