The Sejong Institute held its 1st National Strategy Breakfast Forum in the Lotte Hotel Conference Room on February 25, 2010. Former President Kim Young-sam was the special speaker and approximately 150 political personnel, government officials, and academicians participated in the meeting. The theme of the speech was "National Development and Harmony of the People."
