Subject: ODA as a Global Public Good

On August 31, 2011, the Sejong Institute co-hosted the 2nd Sejong-KOICA Colloquium at the Small Conference Room of the Sejong Institute. The Colloquium was attended by majority of researchers from both organizations and moderated by KOICA Director of International Development Cooperation Center, Lee Ukheon.

The first presentation was given by Dr. Park Inhwi of Ewha GSIS (Graduate School of International Studies) on the topic "Networking Diplomatic Environment and Global Public Good: ODA Centered Public Diplomacy". The second presentation was given by Researcher Lim Soyeong of KOICA's Climate Change Office on "The Supporting Role of Global Public Goods on Climate Change". Discussion was led by designated discussant Dr. Lee Yeonho of Yonsei University and Senior Researcher Cho Hanseul of KOICA's ODA Research Center.
