On June 22nd, the Sejong Institute held its 12th colloquium of 2021. Cheong Seong-Chang, director of the Center for North Korean Studies​ presented his paper on the topic of "Evaluation of the latest revisions to the Rules of the Workers’ Party of Korea and changes in North Korea’s domestic and foreign policy​."​ Yang Un-Chul, director of the Department of Unification Strategy Studies ​​​​, moderated the event.
