On September 10, the Sejong Institute held the seventeenth colloquium of 2019. Dr. Chung Jae-hung, a research fellow of the Sejong Institute, presented his paper on the topic of “An Analysis of China’s 2019 Defense White Paper: Focusing on Strategic Implication for the Korean Peninsula.” And Dr. Lee Daewoo, Director of the Department of Security Strategy Studies, moderated the session.
