On October 22, 2019, the Sejong Institute held the twentieth colloquium of 2019. Dr. Kang Miong Sei, a Senior Research Fellow of the Sejong Institute, presented his paper on the topic of “China Shock and Crisis of Democracy in Developed Countries.” And Dr. Hong Hyun-ik, Director of the Department of Diplomatic Strategy Studies, moderated the session.
