On August 27, Byung Chul Lee, Visiting Research Fellow, delivered a presentation titled "Current Status and Korea's Policy Response ​on the Rise of China's Semiconductor: Focus on Memory Semiconductors."

The debate was moderated by Seong-Chang Cheong, Vice President, and featured discussions by Hyuk Jae Kwon, Principal Researcher at Samsung Global Research, and Joonkoo Yoo, Senior Research Fellow at Sejong Institute.
