On October 26th, the Sejong Institute held its 20th Colloquium of 2021. Kim Kisoo, Senior Research Fellow, presented his paper on the topic of "China's Power System and Government Social Control: Reasons and Effects of Strengthening Government Power​".  Lee Daewoo, Director of the Department of Diplomatic Strategic Studies, moderated this event.​
