On December 10 2019, the Sejong Institute held the twenty-fourth colloquium of this year. Dr. Chung Eunsook, Senior Research Fellow, presented her paper on the topic of “UN Security Council Resolution 2397 and Repatriation of North Korean Workers: Status, Prospect and Implication.” And Dr. Lee Daewoo, Director of the Department of Security Strategy Studies, moderated the event.
