Sejong Institute (Chairman Yong-Joon Lee) invited Elbridge Colby, U.S. Under Secretary of War for Policy for a speech on Monday, January 26, at 1:30 p.m. at Yeonwoo Hall on the 17th floor of the Yonhap News Building, with over 150 attendees. 

Mr. Elbridge Colby explained U.S. defense strategy, priorities, and directions for cooperation with allies, based on the recently published U.S. National Defense Strategy. This was followed by an off-the-record dialogue with Dr. Hyun-Wook Kim
