On March 22, 2023, the Sejong Institute held a webinar with 9DASHLINE under the theme of "Bringing Taiwan from the cold: Perspectives from Europe and South Korea on the Taiwan Straits."

The webinar was presented by Sanghyun Lee, president of the Sejong Institute, Charles Chong-Han Wu, from National Chengchi University Taiwan & The Stimson Center, Tereza Novotna from Free University Berlin & 9 Dashiline, and Dong-min Lee, research fellow of the Sejong Institute.​
