From November 29 to December 1, 2017, the Sejong Institute delegation of 15 people visited think tanks in Beijing and Shanghai including Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS), Fudan University, Pangoal institution, China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR) and held closed meetings on the topic of "assessing security landscape in Northeast Asia after the 19th Party Congress and ROK-China relations outlook."
