The second special session of the Sejong Policy Forum was held on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 on the subject of "Implementation of the Comfort Women Agreement and the ROK-Japan Relations." Professor Won-duk Lee from Kookmin University made a presentation on the establishment of the comfort women foundation and the prospects of improvement in the ROK-Japan bilateral relationship.

During the second session roundtable, Sejong research fellows including President Chang Soo Jin, Vice President Sang Hyun Lee of the Research Planning Division, and Dr. Myon woo Lee, as well as various outside experts, journalists, and government officials participated for prolific discussions on policy suggestions for the improvement of ROK-Japan bilateral relationship.
