On August 30th, the Sejong Institute held its 16th Colloquium of 2021. Yang Un-Chul, Research Fellow, presented his paper on the topic of "North Korea's Voluntary National Review (VNR)". Kim Jungsup, Vice President of Research and Education​, moderated this event.​
