On July 19, 2011, the Sejong Institute held a roundtable discussion with representatives of Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Policy Planning Department, led by Director-General Pham Huu Chi. Dr. Daesung Song, President of the Sejong Institute, and Sejong’s research fellows participated in the discussion. They exchanged candid views on China and the potential for further strengthening of ties between Vietnam and South Korea.
