On November 17 (Tue.), 2020, the Sejong Institute held the nineteenth colloquium of this year. Dr. KIM Kisoo, senior research fellow, presented his paper on the topic of “Has the New Cold War between the U.S. and China Begun?: The Reality of New Cold War.” And Dr. LEE Daewoo, director of the Department of Diplomatic Strategy Studies, moderated the event.
