On August 11, 2020, the Sejong Institute held the twelfth colloquium of this year. Dr. KIM Jungsup, Senior Research Fellow, presented his paper on the topic of " The Issues and Tasks of OPCON Transfer." And Dr. CHUNG Eunsook, Director of the Department of Security Strategy Studies, moderated the event.
